Medication Management

Medication Management describes the medication reconciliation process, the importance of medication adherence, and the role of the care manager. In addition, you will be introduced to guidelines for Potentially Inappropriate Medications (PIM) and tools to identify alternatives to PIM.

The expected time to complete this module is 90 minutes.

CE Requirements: CE participants who successfully view all three lessons of the module and complete the online CE request process including required evaluation with email address will earn 1.5 Nursing or Social Work CE contact hours

A Certificate of Completion is available for non-CE participants

  • Identify pharmacological and non-pharmacological quick tools
